Imagine a team of colleagues using a long, very long rope to hold themselves together. Then he abandons that same rope, just to understand how important the value of that union is. Through a teambuilding experience in nature, the same group of people explores the importance of human contact in case of extreme need. Again, holding together, and using the rope to build a shelter. Later the same team is catapulted to the Peruvian Andes, witnessing the interpretation of a true, touching story, where a cord, alas, is cut in the search for a bold, courageous solution. Maybe crazy, but extraordinary. In the end a rope, another rope cut into many small pieces, returns to the hands of the team, of all the colleagues. Each with its piece composes a small cappuccino knot, to remember that we will all remain linked, always, thanks to the paths we are taking, have done or will do together. So that we will no longer be afraid. And we can be more courageous. Ready for any pitfall, opportunity, change. And so a circle was created, a new circle: ABB's "circle of courage".
