To celebrate 20 years of activity, the company has chosen to allocate its time to the resources that have contributed to the Italian success. Following a series of outdoor skills tests, necessary to keep the company climate warm, we reflected on the importance of playing and its dynamics to maintain a healthy relationship of collaboration between colleagues. This has been done to reflect on those dynamics that are useful for children and adults to build solid groups and obtain decisive results.
